Health is wealth,it is known by all.But maximum does not maintain it properly.Now a days it is come first about your health,mind and life.Minimum ten minutes walking or running will be improve your health,it will reduce your fat from body.So there is no alternative ways  to become happy.Regular exercise makes a man strong,healthy,wealthy and happy.If you have a good look face but your belly is over stage,it may be create unhappy of life,create many disease.To control your belly you take some exercise like:all tipes off belly exercise,indoor or out door exercise,eating cucumber as much,etc.
